Introduction to this course

Moving into the further steps into domestic electrical systems course our electricians will now instruct you in the containment systems available for you to use in your homes and how to add extra sockets and power points which will include switched fused spurs and co-axial aerial positions. You will also be introduced to BS7671 On-site guide, this will help you use what is regarded as best practice in the electrical industry and give you guidance in what is required in your homes. This course can lead onto other courses such as Part P in the building regulations and Portable appliance testing (P.A.T) qualification, Completion of the Yeovil College First steps and next steps into domestic electrical systems is required

You must have completed the first steps and the next steps programme to enrol on this night school course
